Got a bad bolt body? Need a new one? We make these out of the Remington over-run bodies and TIG weld new production Remington 700 stainless handles to them. So these are as close to OEM originals as you can get in stainless!!! These fit and function just fine, but aren't media blasted nor polished. They are still in the white; so you can you use them as is, or finish to your desires. Don't want the standard Remington 700 handle? You can ship us a bolt handle and we'll weld it to a bolt body and return it you. Want a 209 nose pressed on? No problem. These bolt bodies come with free USPS shipping to US, AK, HI, & PR!

I like how the 209 primers are held by the bolt(700 ml).not too concerned on using different powder, using pyrodex pellets only. however what has got me curious on blow back powder getting inside the bolt. if you have the problems solved of the primer getting stuck and the powder getting inside the bolt, you definetly have me sold. Do you have any other modifications 700ml?

The system will seal out all blow back if you do your part (use primers that seal and not overly ream the breech plug with letter C bits). It works with any Black Powder/Black Powder Substitute. For now we are focusing on 209 conversion kits, main springs, sabots, small hand tools, and replacement bolts/bolt bodies. If you need something specific please contact us and we'll see if we can help.

I'm in need of a new bolt body for my remington 700 ml. I was wondering how you sold them for. My old bolt has been converted to fire the 209 primers. Do you have to do anything special to the bolt for that?

I was GIVEN a 700 ml stainless, but......with a broken-off handle! how do I go about getting it put back on without buying a new bold body if ........possible??

We used to weld other handles on, and folks got out of control and un-reasonable with what they expected from us (sent in super bad bolts and thrashed parts etc). So we pulled back to keep it simple: We will weld handles on for folks that contact us, send pics, and work slow and carefully. Start by using the "contact us" page in the menu bar... might be under "More".
