These Barrel Spacers/Rests mimic the plastic factory rests that come with many STACK-ON cabinets
To make a purchase, choose the number of 'U' & then "add to your cart." Keep adding until you have everything you need and then check out. It will take at least one business day per item to print it. We'll ship your entire order when it is complete.
Note: 5U production is on hold while we repair a printer. You may order 5 U but the order will be held until Mid to late November.
If you need more than 5U's of barrel rests, just combine two smaller ones (ie a 6U rest is made by combining 2 3U rests... 9U can be made by combining 3 - 3U's, or a 4 & a 5Uetc).
To help you figure out how many will fit in your cabinet (that may have foam rests instead of plastic):
5U is 12 5/16" long
4U is 10" long
3U is 7 7/16" long
2U is 4 15/16" long
1U is 2 7/16" long
2,3, & 4U spacers now have holes in the front face (that do not affect their complete compatibility with the STACK-ON system) that will allow them to be screwed into backer boards from the front (2U and up are wall mountable). This gives them the flexibility to be mounted from the rear (like normal for a STACK-ON cabinet) or be wall mounted from the front. We'll send two screws for mounting from the rear to a sheet metal cabinet with each rest.

These are pictures of the rests we produce. They come with screws to mount them to the cabinet from the rear (screwed to rest inside cabinet through a hole to the outside of the metal cabinet). They are compatible with other systems, and also can be mounted from the front into a backer board if needed.
These are useful for replacing foam barrel rests that some cabinets came with, or for putting barrel rests below the default locations set up by STACK-ON. Using them like this, allows SBR's, SBS, extending/folding stock, and youth model long arms to rest properly inside the cabinet. If the firearm needs to stand off of the wall, combine with a Scope Stand Off
However, these have a space of about 2.5inches center of U to the next U. Some folks don't like their guns so closely packed, so we offer similar Custom Barrel spacers with 3" and 3.25" centers on another page. You may find the custom spacers give you the solution you desire.
We used to offer these in many different colors. In order to simplify production we'll only offer these in shades of grey from now on (we will have a mixture of black and differing greys). There are pictures of these items in orange to help differentiate ours from their STACK-ON equivalents.

Shown is a 3U spacer (orange)... it has two Scope Stand Off's affixed to it. The black stand off is an original STACK-ON the orange Standoff is Badger Ridge produced. Now they will be made in grey.

We print in PETG (strong and food safe plastic). FYI water bottles are made out of PET. (PETG is PET that is modified to work in a 3D printer). PETG will take "hot dash board of car" sort of heat, but won't take 'hot barrel' nor 'hot suppressor' sort of heat without melting nor deforming.

I'd bet your items won't mind what color they lean against. If you desire a certain color, please tell us in the note to seller portion of your check out. A hard color request may delay your order by many weeks as we get the color filament you want, or we may ignore your request, and ship a mix of colors or another color etc. It really just depends what color filament is on the shelf and what our reorder/delivery schedule is like. These could come in grey, or different shades of grey (no matter what color you request).
