Custom barrel spacer for custom builds
To make a purchase, choose the center to center distance you want between the U's & then "add to your cart." Keep adding until you have everything you need and then check out. It will take at least one business day per item to print it. We'll ship your entire order when it is complete.
We created these when someone who was building a custom cabinet wanted to use our rests, but wanted more space between each gun (there is only 2.5" between the centers of the standard STACK-ON rest). These have more space between U's so that you can get guns in and out without as much rubbing. They also have atleast two additional holes for placing screws through the front (to affix them to a wood cabinet, or wall where their is no access from behind)
These are useful for replacing foam barrel rests that some cabinets came with, or for putting barrel rests below the default locations set up by STACK-ON.
Wall mountable: via screws through front face into backer, or can be mounted to sheet metal of gun cabinet (by using short screws that come with the rest) like in STACK-ON gun cabinets. Using them below the standard rests allows SBR's, SBS, extending/folding stock, and youth model long arms to rest properly inside the cabinet.
If the firearm needs to stand off of the wall further (to accommodate sights/scope), combine with a STACK-ON style Scope Stand Off. (CLICK HERE TO SEE THE STAND OFF THIS IS COMPATIBLE WITH)

Due to production demands, we'll print in grey. Please understand that they may also be printed in black: There are pictures of these items in orange will help to differentiate ours from their STACK-ON equivalents.
We print in PETG (strong and food safe plastic). FYI water bottles are made out of PET. (PETG is PET that is modified to work in a 3D printer). PETG will take "hot dash board of car" sort of heat, but won't take 'hot barrel' nor 'hot suppressor' sort of heat without melting nor deforming.
