BLEMISHED FORMED PLUGS:
There is something off on every one of these plugs. In general the outside diameter is pretty good. Typically plugs end up here when the drill breaks and the hole is off, or the die gets off and misforms the plug.... or we get a new guy who makes a lot of mistakes.
